Q.U.E. Another E-N-S. Out of all the rappers who’ve hailed from Queens in the storied history of New York hip-hop, two of the youngest in charge were set to come up in the game together. One was from Far Rockaway, the other from Southside Jamaica Queens. But Stack Bundles and Lloyd Banks travelled different paths: Banks joined with 50 Cent’s G-Unit. Stack stayed indie until Jim Jones locked him into the Dipset’s Byrdgang faction. The two hottest young rhymers on the block were set to make hip-hop history for Queens, until Stack was gunned down a little over a year ago. Now, Banks and Bundles are together on this street CD from DJ Love Dinero aka. “The Mixtape General,” feat.uring 40 tracks, freestyles, original cuts, rare joints, exclusives, unreleased joints and all that.
